  13. License Agreement
  14.  
  15. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  16. before using this software. With your use of this software you
  17. indicate your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  19. Shareware Version
  20.  
  21. You may evaluate the Shareware program for maximum of thirty
  22. calendar days, after which you must register the program with
  23. Plenio Software Solutions or remove the software from your computer.

  25. You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered
  26. Shareware. All evaluation users are subject to the terms of this
  27. agreement.

  29. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to
  30. reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile Plenio Software 
  31. Solutions Software and products.
  32.  
  33. Plenio Software Solutions name and any logo or graphics file
  34. that represents our software may not be used in any way to
  35. promote products developed with our software. All parts of
  36. Plenio Software Solutions software and products are copyright
  37. protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample,
  38. text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or
  39. used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds
  40. of the single user program.

  42. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner of Plenio Software Solutions
  43. software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Plenio
  44. Software Solutions against lawsuits, claims, costs associated
  45. with defense or accusations that result from the use of Plenio
  46. Software Solutions software.

  48. Plenio Software Solutions is not responsible for any damages
  49. whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of
  50. business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential
  51. damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the
  52. use of our products. Our entire liability, without exception,
  53. is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase
  54. price of the software (maximum being the suggested retail price
  55. as listed by Plenio Software Solutions) in exchange for the
  56. return of the product, all copies, registration papers and
  57. manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of ownership
  58. from the customer back to Plenio Software Solutions.

  60. Each registered copy of the Plenio Software Solutions software
  61. may be used in only one single location by one user. Use of the
  62. software means that you have loaded the program and run it or
  63. have installed the program onto a computer. If you install the
  64. software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every
  65. individual user of the software must be registered separately.

  67. You may make one copy of the registered software for backup
  68. purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one
  69. computer being used by one person. If any person other than yourself
  70. uses Plenio Software Solutions' software registered in your name,
  71. regardless of whether it is at the same time or different times,
  72. then this agreement is being violated!

  74. The sale of and/or distribution of registered copies of this
  75. software is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement
  76. to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of registered
  77. copies of Plenio Software Solutions software products.
