  14. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  15. agreement signed by High Mountain Software, then your use of this
  16. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  17. warranty.

  19. Registered Pro Version

  21. One registered copy of SpamEater Pro may either be used by a single
  22. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.
  23. For evaluation purposes, unlicensed copies of the Pro version may
  24. be used for a period not to exceed 30 days from the initial
  25. installation. See below for more information on evaluations.

  29. You may install and use multiple copies for multiple users without
  30. restriction. License to this version is free of charge.

  32. Which Version?

  34. To determine which version of SpamEater you are running (the Pro
  35. version, the Standard version, or the evaluation version - see more
  36. about evaluations below), run SpamEater, choose Help | About. The
  37. release and version information will be displayed there.

  39. Governing Law

  41. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  42. Colorado.

  44. Disclaimer of Warranty

  46. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  47. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  48. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  49. various hardware and software environments into which SpamEater
  50. Pro may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE 
  51. IS OFFERED.

  53. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  54. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  55. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  56. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  57. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  63. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  64. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  65. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  66. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $20 is
  67. required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and
  68. should be sent to High Mountain Software, P.O. Box 591,
  69. Pine, CO 80470-0591.

  71. Credit card ordering is available. You can email your registration
  72. using the Register.Exe program, or by access the Kagi registration
  73. site on the World Wide Web. Please see the SpamEater Help file
  74. for more details.

  76. When payment is received you will be sent a registered key for the
  77. latest version of SpamEater Pro, and will be entitled to free
  78. upgrades to all future releases.

  80. Distribution

  82. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation
  83. version (select About from the SpamEater Help menu to check) you are
  84. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of
  85. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  86. the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the
  87. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  88. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  89. of the above.

  91. Under no circumstances are you authorized to, in any form, 
  92. distribute a registered key for SpamEater Pro.

  94. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  95. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  96. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  97. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
