  22. * Windows 95/98 or Windows NT 4.0 or higher
  23. * 486-DX2/DX4 or Pentium-compatible systems
  24. * 8MB RAM (16MB recommended)
  25. * 12MB available hard drive space for program files
  26. * Windows-compatible pointing device
  27. * True Color or HiColor display adapter and monitor (recommended)

  31. Two system libraries (MFC40.DLL and MSVCRT40.DLL) must be installed in
  32. your Windows System folder to run Ulead GIF Animator.  These files are
  33. routinely installed by products from a variety of vendors and, for many
  34. users, will already exist.

  36. If you do not have these files, you may download them from our web site
  37. at http://www.webutilities.com.  If you experience problems running
  38. Ulead GIF Animator, please verify that these files are located in the
  39. System folder under your Windows directory.
