  6. Why have I received this CD-ROM from Juno?
  7.  
  8. This CD-ROM contains the Juno software, which you'll need to use the
  9. Juno Web account you opened recently. Once you've installed this
  10. software, you'll be ready to use the Internet!
  11.  
  12. What if I've already installed the software
  13. and set up my account?
  14.  
  15. If you've already installed this software by downloading the current
  16. version from Juno's Web page, there's no need for you to use this CDROM.
  17. Congratulations on your successful installation, and welcome to
  18. Juno Web!

  20. How do I set up my Juno Web account with this software?
  21.  
  22. It's easy-just follow these three steps:

  24. 1. Insert this software into your CD-ROM drive. When the installation
  25. screen appears, click "Install Juno."
  26.  
  27. 2. When the software is finished installing, you should see the Juno
  28. login screen. Your Juno e-mail address should already appear in
  29. the "User name" box. Enter your Juno password as requested.
  30. Then click "E-mail." (If you don't see your Juno account listed, click
  31. "Import account" and follow the instructions on your screen.)

  33. 3. Juno will ask if you want to check for new mail. Click "Yes."
  34. That's it! Wait a moment while your modem dials into Juno's central
  35. computers and downloads account information. Then you'll be ready
  36. to start using Juno.

  38. What if I'm having trouble with the installation?

  40. If you're experiencing problems setting up your account with this
  41. software, please call our technical support number at 1 (888) 426-0045.
  42. We're open seven days a week.

  44. What phone charges will I incur with Juno?
  45.  
  46. When you use Juno, your computer communicates with our central
  47. computers over your telephone line. We provide more than 2,300
  48. telephone numbers for our members to use, and expect to offer
  49. even more in the future. Check with your local phone company if
  50. you're concerned that the access number you've selected is
  51. not a local one.

  53. How does Juno's Tell-a-Friend program work?
  54.  
  55. Juno's Tell-a-Friend program rewards you for helping us sign up more
  56. Juno Web members. When your friends sign up for Juno Web and enter
  57. your Juno user name as the referring party, you become eligible for a
  58. cash reward. When one of your referrals has been with us for 90 days,
  59. we'll send you a check for $20. It's that simple!

  61. What do I need to be able to use Juno?

  64. ΓÇó A 9600-baud modem (14400-baud or faster recommended)
