  109. Change to the drive/directory where the XferPro files are
  110. located and run SETUP.EXE. You must be in Windows to run setup.
  111. Make sure the destination directory for installation is different
  112. than the directory containing the above mentioned setup files.

  114. *** Upgrade installation of XferPro ***
  115. NOTE: use this process ONLY if upgrading a version in which a
  116. password was previously received. Users who received a
  117. registered version which does not require a password should
  118. instead obtain the update patch at http://www.sabasoft.com.

  120. Change to the drive/directory where the XferPro files are
  121. located and run SETUP.EXE. You must be in Windows to run setup.
  122. Choose the install directory to be the same as the current
  123. installation so as to overwrite the old version with this
  124. newer version. All the configuration options and registration

  126. for installation is different than the directory containing the

  181. NETWORK LICENSE

  183. Multiple users on a network (e.g. a LAN) requiring access to the
  184. Software and Documentation must purchase a Network License. Two forms of
  185. Network Licenses are offered, a Site License and a Concurrent User
  186. License. With a Site License, any user who accesses the Software or
  187. Documentation requires a user license, regardless of the frequency of
  188. use. Once a Site License is purchased, Software and Documentation may be
  189. copied to all users who have been licensed.

  191. The Concurrent User License allows the licensed number of users to
  192. simultaneously access the Software and Documentation. The Purchaser
  193. agrees that he will operate metering software which restricts the
  194. simultaneous number of users to the quantity purchased. The Software and
  195. Documentation must be installed on network servers under the control of

  198. Both Site and Concurrent User Licenses allow installation of the
  199. Software and Documentation to any number of servers on any number of
  200. geographic sites, limited only by the quantity of licenses purchased.

  205. (hereafter the "Trial Period") of sixty (60) days after receipt of the
  206. Shareware Package. After such time, if you continue to use the Shareware

  208. register after the Trial Period constitutes termination of this
  209. license. Upon registration, either a password (hereafter called the
  210. "Password") will be provided to eliminate the registration reminder
  211. screen or alternatively a registered version which requires no
  212. password may be provided.
