  104. Extract the program files from the distribution archive and put them
  105. into a temporary directory on your hard disk.
  106.  
  107. If you wish to install the program manually, simply create a directory
  108. for the program (C:\FS is suggested) and copy the programs into that
  109. directory.  Add FS.EXE into Program Manager or the Win95 Start button, or
  110. run it from File Manager or the Win95 Explorer.
  111.  
  112. If you wish to use the automated installation utility (recommended), run
  113. SETUP.EXE, either from the Program Manager "File/Run" menu (in Windows
  114. 3.x), the Start button's "Run" command (in Windows 95), or from the
  115. Win95 command line.  The setup program will prompt you to select a
  116. destination directory, then copy the files and add a Four Seasons group
  117. to Program Manager or the Start button.
  118.  
  119. The help file (FS.HLP) contains the primary documentation for the
  120. program.  FS_FRM.TXT contains the Four Seasons registration form, which
  121. may be printed from within the game itself, or using Windows Notepad.
  122. The VBX and DLL files may be moved to your Windows System directory if
  123. you wish, though that is not required.

  125. Four Seasons requires VBRUN200.DLL, which is available from most BBS's,
  126. CD-ROMs, and FTP sites, as well as from Microsoft, and from the author's
  127. web page at "http://www.sky.net/~rrasa/sw.html".

  129. If you decide to delete Four Seasons, you may remove it from your
  130. computer by simply erasing the files from it's directory, and removing
  131. its group from the Program Manager or Start button.  You may also delete
  132. the FS.INI file that is created in the Windows directory.
