  4. ~L/a    ~GInvoke an action.  You can invoke actions with no parameters,
  5.         or you can specify a user (by name or node) you wish to perform
  6.         the action on, or you can specify ALL to do it to everyone on
  7.         your channel!  You can also do an action to a user secretly!

  36. ~O        SmartActions might use personal pronouns like He or She - these
  37.         are automatically inserted correctly for the sending and
  38.         receiving party's gender!

  40. ~L        If you would like to experiment with SmartActions, try performing
  41.         them on yourself or in public on an empty channel, so as not to
  42.         clutter busy channels...

  44. ~N        The ~O/ga~N command is a highly generic, "dumb" action.  See the
  45.         main help file ~O/?~N for information on how to use generic
  46.         actions!
