  6.     NetChat is a small and fast personal communication 
  7. tool.  It is designed to hook two people  up directly 
  8. (without using the IRC channels, servers, IP servers, etc.) for 
  9. a one-on-one  personal text mode chat.
  10.  
  11.     NetChat utilizes a "Hailing feature" to accomplish this.  
  12. The hailing feature uses a built in seamless e-mail facility to send 
  13. your current IP address to another NetChat user in a specially 
  14. coded e-mail letter.  The other user (who is checked into the 
  15. net and has NetChat running in Monitor ON mode) will receive the 
  16. message and prompt him to connect or not connect.

  18.     One button Hailing makes it a simple and painless way to connect.

  20.     No other servers, e-mail or support software are needed.

  22.     OS/2 version requires Warp 3.x or Warp 4.x with TCP/IP installed 
  23. (or the Warp 3.0 iak TCP/IP lite) and an internet connection with a 
  24. mail account.
