  1. EasyFix ver 1.01 (14 Oct. 1997) (FreeWare)

  3. This package is created so you can install fixpacks fast and easy.
  4.  
  5. Instalation:
  6. -------------

  8. - Unzip this package into at directory of your own choice.
  9. - Make a directory for the fixpack you want to install.
  10. - Point your ftp program to ftp.service.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/rsu
  11. - Here you will find the fixpacks as ZIP files, not DSK files.
  12. - Download the fixpack you want to add and unzip it to the directory
  13.   you have created.
  14. - goto the directory where you placed the EasyFix package.
  15. - Run 'EasyFix <fixpack directory>' and the fixpack installation will
  16.   start. fx 'EasyFix c:\fix' will install the fixpack located in c:\fix.
