  4. Password Corral is a program to organize all your network
  5. and system passwords in one, secure place. PC uses DES
  6. encryption to protect your information. Never forget a
  7. password again!

  9. Password Corral is FREE. This does not mean Public Domain.
  10. Please see the legal section of this file for more
  11. information.

  13. Password Corral is not for use outside of the USA or
  14. Canada. See the legal section for more information.

  17. send what you think PC is worth to you. Make checks or

  22. Installation/Uninstallation:

  24. Password Corral has been tested on Windows 95 and
  25. Windows NT 4.0, but should run correctly Windows NT 3.51.
  26. We make no promises as to it's functionality on platforms
  27. other than Windows 95.

  29. To install Password Corral, uncompress the zip file that
  30. contains the program and run SETUP.EXE. To uninstall
  31. Password Corral, go to the Control Panel and select
  32. 'Add/Remove Programs'. From the resulting dialog box
  33. select Password Corral and click the 'Add/Remove...'
  34. button. The software will automatically be removed.

  39. Single repository for passwords:
  40. Password Corral provides you with one location to store
  41. your passwords and access them with just one. Never forget
  42. a password again!

  45. Give each password it's own informative description.

  47. DES encryption:
  48. Password Corral uses DES encryption to keep your sensitive
  49. information away from prying eyes.

  51. Multiple user accounts on a single PC:
  52. You can set up any number of Password Corral accounts on a
  53. single PC. Your unique password gives you, and only you,
  54. access to your information.

  56. Copy passwords to the Windows clipboard:
  57. When you need to reference Password Corral to find a
  58. password, you can also cut the password to the clipboard.
  59. That way, you can press CTRL+V to paste it directly into
  60. any other program without having to type it in.

  62. Export passwords to other PC's:
  63. You can export your passwords to a REG file and then
  64. import them to another PC by simply right-clicking on the
  65. REG file and selection 'Merge'. The REG file is protected
  66. by the same DES encryption.

  69. Press 'F1' in any dialog box for help. Right-click on most
  70. objects for a quick description.

  86. with 16Mb RAM, Pentium 120MHz), your operating system
  87. (Win95 or NT and it's version number) and the version of
  88. Password Corral you are using. Also include a list of
  89. hardware in your PC that you might think is contributing
  90. to the problem. Include steps to reproduce the problem if
  91. possible. Also make sure to include your e-mail address so
  92. we can contact you if necessary.
