  5. Championship Spades is Shareware, and if you enjoy using this
  6. product and find that you use it on a regular basis, we encourage
  7. you to register it. The Shareware version of Chapionship Spades
  8. is restricted to a total of five (5) games after which the
  9. software will cease to function. In order to continue use of the 
  10. software, it must be registered.  With registration you will 
  11. receive technical support for ninty (90) days after registration 
  12. and one unrestricted copy of Championship Spades. Registration 
  13. fees can be paid by American Express®, Check or Money Order drawn 
  14. on a U.S.A. bank in U.S.A. funds.  Please make remittance payable
  15. to Custom Software Concepts, Inc.  To register this product, print
  16. file ORDERFM.TXT located on your diskette, fill in the appropriate
  17. entries, and mail to:
