  3. Anyone wishing to charge people a fee for giving them a copy of ICON EYES
  4. must have the authorization of the author, without which, the
  5. distributor is guilty of copyright violation.  To receive such authorization,
  6. send this completed form , along with a copy of your software library's
  7. order form to:

  13. Include $5 to cover the cost of processing the application and of sending

  32. TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF ICON EYES:

  34. 1.    The fee charged may not exceed $5, including postage, mailer and
  35.     other charges.
  36. 2.    Your library's catalog or listing must state that this program is not
  37.     free, but is copyrighted software that is provided to allow the user
  38.     to evaluate it before paying.
  39. 3.    The offering and sale of Icon Eyes will be stopped at any time
  40.     the author so requests.
  41. 4.    Copies must be made from the copy of Icon Eyes sent to you with
  42.     this agreement.  This is required for control purposes.
  43. 5.    Problems or complaints about the program will be reported to the
  44.     author for investigation.

  46. In return for a license to charge a fee for the distribution of the program
