ADDENDUM TO END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT PRODUCTS ("EULA")
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: The Microsoft software product which you are about to download, including any "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Update Software"), is subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement for Microsoft Office 97 (the "EULA"), which you licensed previously from Microsoft, and the terms and conditions of this Addendum. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Update Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described above. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install, copy or use the Update Software. Defined terms in this Addendum shall have the same meaning as set forth in the EULA.
You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Update Software solely in conjunction with a validly licensed copy of Microsoft Office 97. The Update Software contains software that is deemed part of Microsoft Office 97.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID LICENSE FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 97, YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS UNDER THIS ADDENDUM.
