  2. Requires 2lb of lean roast cut in 1/4 inch or less slices.

  6. 1 pint Soy Sauce
  7. 1 pint Teryaki Sauce
  8. 1 TBSP Liquid Smoke
  9. 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  10. 1 TSP Onion Powder
  11. 1/2 can of beer, malt liquor preferred
  12.  
  13. Mix ingredients in large bowl. Place beef strips in and refrigerate. Suggest 1 hour for
  14. optimum soak time, otherwise it gets too salty.

  16. Place beef strips in dehydrator for 12 hours @ 125 degrees
  17.  
  18.                                           OR
  19.  
  20. Place beef strips on cookie sheets in oven on LOWEST possible setting for
  21. 8 - 10 hours.
