  1. Fulltilt! Pinball Windows 95 upgrade patch
  2. ------------------------------------------

  4. This patch program, if installed and properly executed, will upgrade
  5. your existing version of Fulltilt! Pinball to the latest version as of
  6. 04/96.  This version fixes some outstanding multiplayer and gameplay issues.
  7.  
  8. (NOTE: The patch program will only work with a FULL installation of the
  9. game.  If you did not do a full installation, you should do a FULL INSTALL
  10. before executing the patch program.)
  11.  
  12. Please follow the instructions below to execute the patch program:

  14. 1) Copy the files "PATCH.EXE" and "PATCH.RTP" into your FULLTILT
  15. subdirectory.  If you did not alter the default destination path while
  16. installing the game, you can find the FULLTILT subdirectory in
  17. C:\PROGRAM FILES\MAXIS\
  18.  
  19. 2) After the files have been transferred to the FULLTILT subdirectory,
  20. go to a DOS shell.  The easiest way to do this is to click on the "Start"
  21. button located on the Windows 95 command bar, then click on Programs,
  22. then on "MS-DOS Prompt".  After you make it to the DOS prompt, go into
  23. your FULLTILT subdirectory and type "PATCH" to execute the patch program.
  24. The patch program will take anywhere between 1 and 5 minutes to finish,
  25. depending on the speed of your computer.

  27. 3) After the patch program has completed, type in EXIT at the DOS prompt
  28. to close the DOS shell and return to Windows 95.

  30. 4) Run the game!
