  3. PrimaSoft PC, Inc., THE AUTHORS AND OWNERS OF THIS SOFTWARE,
  4. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER 
  5. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED 
  6. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  7. PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY 
  8. DISCLAIMED. NEITHER THE AUTHORS OF THE SOFTWARE NOR ANYONE ELSE 
  9. INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS 
  10. SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
  11. OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY 
  12. TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE EVEN IF THE AUTHORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF 
  13. THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE 
  14. AUTHORS' LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES EVER EXCEED THE PRICE PAID 
  15. FOR THE LICENCE TO USE THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF 
  16. CLAIM. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE 
  17. QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

  19. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province 
  20. of British Columbia and shall inure to the benefit of 
  21. PrimaSoft PC, Inc. and any successors, administrators, heirs 
  22. and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
  23. against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
  24. shall be brought only in a Provincial or Federal Court of 
  25. competent jurisdiction located in Vancouver, B.C. The parties 
  26. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
