  34. Personal AVI Editor is a fast and easy-to-use AVI video editing
  35. program with one video-track and one audio-track. Digital effects
  36. include fade, wipe, wave-mix, titles, and super impose. More
  37. digital effects are available. Personal AVI Editor can capture
  38. audio and/or video. It also features synchronization of tracks and
  39. a preview function.

  93. 1) Make sure that you have the latest version (check out
  94.    http://www.flickerfree.com).
  95. 2) Download PAE1xx.ZIP (Personal AVI Editor) and VFWxxx.ZIP (the
  96.    latest Video for Windows runtime) and unzip them to the same
  97.    directory.
  98. 3) Make sure that you OVERWRITE THE CTL3D.DL_ FROM PAE1xx.ZIP
  99.    WITH THE CTL3D.DL_ FROM VFWxxx.ZIP
  100. 4) Make sure that you DON'T OVERWRITE THE FILE_ID.DIZ FROM
  101.    PAE1xx.ZIP WITH THE FILE_ID.DIZ FROM VFWxxx.ZIP
  102. 5) PAE1xx.EXE is used to install the program.
  103. 6) Please notify us when you're using Personal AVI Editor on a
  104.    cover disc. We would like to know what magazine and which issue
  105.    you're using it for. If possible please also mail us a copy of
