Welcome to the Serving the Web CD-ROM!
Many of the programs on this disk are available on the Web, but
we supplied this disk to get you started with some basic tools
and also supply you with some neat sounds, images, and clips to
use in your own Web site!
Almost all of these programs are still under construction in some
form or another, so it's always good to look for upgrades and new
releases. We tried to give you a choice with some of the helper
programs, so that you could try out different programs and find
out for yourself, which ones work best.

Connect Software to get you connected to the Net using
major national providers. Everything you need
to get connected to the Internet in minutes!
Tools Internet software to get you up and going with
e-mail, FTP, Gopher, and Web browsing. Also
includes WinG and Win32s.
Helpers Some great helpers to use with Web browsers, as
well as to help build your own pages.
Systems Web server software that will let you share your
information with the world. Available for multiple
platforms, including Windows, Windows NT, Dos,
and UNIX.
Docs Documentation and information regarding the
Internet RFCs and related spcifications.
