Tumble Wire Screen Saver version 1.2 - Installation Instructions
-----------------------------------------------------------------
1. Place TMBLWR.SCR and TMBLWR.HLP in your Windows directory.
2. Start the Windows Control Panel. Select "Tumble Wire" from the list of
screen savers.
3. Click on "Setup..." and change any display options as desired.
Notes
-----
1. Due to the nature of a multitasking environment, it is normal for the
animated display to stutter occasionally, even when no other tasks are
running.
2. The slowest machine on which this program has been tested is a 33MHz 386SX.
Slower machines may yield unacceptable display animation.
3. Most of the color schemes (listed on the setup screen) will be available
only when using a 256-color or true-color display driver. For other display
drivers, all but the first selection will be grayed.
Maintenance History
-------------------
Version 1.2 5/1/94
Bug fix: Fan blades were rotating backwards. Angle of blades was
inconsistent with direction of blowing dust.
Added a slider bar to the configure screen allowing the 3D perspective to be
varied (i.e. how close the objects appear to the human eye). Formerly the
perspective was a small fixed value.
Analog clock now has variably sized digits.
Version 1.1 3/14/94
For users with true-color display drivers, the enhanced color schemes were
erroneously grayed on the configuration screen. This has been fixed. Users
with true-color drivers will need to re-invoke the Tumble Wire setup screen
(from the Windows Control Panel) and re-checkmark the enhanced color schemes.
Also, the rainbow color scheme was updated to be more rainbow-like.
Version 1.0 2/3/94
Initial release.
