  2. TLC Word Game is a Windows 3.x program that is something like Scrabble 
  3. and something like Upwords -- but a lot different than either.  The game 
  4. comes with a 26000 word English dictionary. There are 16 different sets of 
  5. rules for play that the user selects.  Registration is $10.00. Registered 
  6. users get an enhanced English dictionary, a choice of one added dictionary, 
  7. and may purchase French, Norwegian, Dutch, German, and Italian dictionaries
  8. at $5 each. (Only the French dictionary has accented characters).

  10. To install the program Double-Click on SetUp.Exe from the File Manager.

  32. in its complete uninstalled form. Association of Shareware
  33. Professional (ASP) Vendors, BBS's and clubs may charge a nominal 
  34. distribution fee. Non-ASP distributors must secure specific
  35. permission prior to distribution.

  46. TLC Phone Book is a Windows program that maintains a data base of names, addresses, phone 
  47. numbers, and other notes.  Both work and home addresses and phone numbers are included.  
  48. The data base can be any dBase III, dBase IV, FoxPro 2.0 or 2.5, Paradox 3.x, Access 1.1 or an 
  49. internal (Access 1.1) format.  The only limit put on the use of the above listed data bases are that 
  50. no encryption is allowed.  Registration is $10.00

  52. TLC Spell Checker is a Windows 3.x program that includes an English Dictionary and a DLL that 
  53. is callable from any Windows programming language.  The program allows a person to check 
  54. the spelling in any text document.  Royalty free use after registration.  Registration is $10.00.  
  55. Registered users get an enhanced English dictionary.  Registered users may also purchase for 
  56. $5 each dictionaries of French, Norwegian, Dutch, German, and Italian.

  58. TLCPack is a Windows 3.x program which may serve with PKZip ((C)PKWare), 
  59. LHARc ((C)Yoshi), or compress/LZExpand ((C)Microsoft) as a front-end.  Additionally,
  60. TLCPack can be a stand-alone routine.  Two compression routines are
  61. included.  One routine is optimized for time and the other for size.
