** NECROMUNDA **
Paranoia
September 1994
This demo has been tested on meg and
half-meg STFM's and a half-meg STE.
The full version with the intro
big-sprite rollbar, SuperScroller
and cunning menu system are only
available for owners of 1 meg
machines. Don't stress-out, though,
a reduced version has been included
to allow 520ST owners to experience
all the screens.
By pressing <ALT> you can skip
through the intro screens (or so
Akira has told me). Why the hell
would you want to skip through them
anyway?
<ARBOREA 1>
Fragmented glimpses of a forgotten
land,
The waterlogged soils bringing
forth a million tiny, limbless
beasts,
Squirming madly from the sound of
silent hunters.
Cowering arboreal beings gaze down
from high in the trees,
Glistening eyes picked out as
precious stones in the night.
Each deliberate grasp of these
ancient warlocks,
Displaces a piece of darkness.
In every raindrop is hid a soul,
And magic permeates the humid
depths of the forest.
<UNTITLED>
Whilst the incensed sun hangs in
humid skies,
Unwary with its void, fluid humour,
The flow of flocking migrants,
Cascading like insects below,
Amid the fraternity of dwellings.
The dilated eyes of narcotic
children,
Silently screaming fearful laughs,
Staring, huddled into brotherly
clans,
In sad anticipation of their
escaping.
Friends bygone are amongst these
clowns.
I ascend into their hell at my
pleasure.
They flock with voodoo magnetism,
To a fake alliance,
Entertainment inspired by death.
We hope you enjoy the demo - we
are fairly happy with the
finished product. Look out for
us in ST Format (November 1994).
