  1. Toswin vt100 source code - based on Eric Smith's Toswin 1.4, plus Warwick
  2. Allison's extensions 1.2.

  4. The modified source adds vt100 and some ANSI escapes to the original vt52
  5. escapes.  The escapes that are not provided are the ANSI graphics modes and
  6. key redefinitions and the vt100 alternative character set.
