News and changes in OS/2-Commander version 1.03
===============================================
- fixed that nasty problem with OS/2 2.11 (thanks to Andreas Wendt).
- fixed a problem with RAR archives that contain extended attributes.
- New switch "FATDir" in OS2COM.INI, section [Colors].
This defines the color for directories on FAT-partitions
- New switch "SubInfo" in OS2COM.INI, section [StartUp].
SubInfo will display subdirectory information in the Info window.
This switch can be toggled with CTRL-M.
- Sometimes the DOS ARJ was used instead of the OS/2 UNARJ.
- The number of files and bytes of files in tagged directories now is
also shown.
- In the upper left corner of the filelist now the current drive is shown,
e.g. "C:". A click with the left mouse button on it will pop up the
drive select window immediately.
- You can close the drive select window with the right mouse button.
- Extension-Colors now also works with extensions shorter than 3 byte.
News and changes in OS/2-Commander version 1.02
===============================================
- As always... fixed some bugs
- New switch "HideMenuBar" in OS2COM.INI, section [StartUp].
This switch will turn off the menu bar in the first row and give you an
additional row for the file list.
You can turn on/off the menu bar within the program with CTRL-T.
- New switch "NCCompatible" in OS2COM.INI, section [StartUp].
With this switch OS/2-Commander will behave a bit more NC-compatible.
Right now all what's different from normal behaviour is the F9 key.
With this switch enabled the menu will not pop up immediately and you can
use the cursor keys or the first letters of the other menus to pull them down.
- New swith "AltMenu" in OS2COM.INI, section [StartUp].
With this switch you can, in addition to F9, also pop up the menu with
the ALT key.
- Japanese date format implemented.
- CTRL-Cursor Left/Right now moves the cursor one word left/right on the
command line.
- CTRL-Backspace deletes the word left from the current cursor position.
- TAB with FILES.BBS-Info enabled and the Info-Window on the other side
will load the FILES.BBS into the editor.
- CTRL-F10 will add the highlighted filename or all tagged files and, if
available, also the FILE_ID.DIZ in the archive to the FILES.BBS.
- CTRL-F will now change the attributes and date/time of the highlighted
file or all tagged files.
