!! Update !!
Problems have been reported with embedded tab characters moving
between browser fields in the Navigator 3.0 beta. This is being
investigated and a fix will be supplied as soon as it's available.
WebTyper for Windows is a very small program that works seamlessly
with many popular online access programs like Netscape, CompuServe
WinCIM, Mosaic and CompuServe Mosaic, Internet Explorer and America
Online. The WebTyper Menu List screen lets you setup a list of
entries for common things you need to type into your programs. It
then waits in the background until you activate it by clikcing the
right mouse button on the field in your online program that you
want information entered into. This causes your customized list to
pop up as a menu directly under the mouse cursor. Select the item you
want to enter from the menu and WebTyper types it for you, instantly
and without any mistakes!
WebTyper is especially nice if you need enter a username
and password combination. It lets you insert a "tab" key
between the username and password in the menu setup dialog. This
makes Netscape move to the password field before WebTyper
actually types the password, letting you logon correctly
every time with 2 mouse clicks.
WebTyper works on all text input fields in all versions
tested to date of the following applications: Netscape Navigator,
CompuServe WinCIM, Mosaic, CompuServe Mosaic,
Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Mail, America Online and
Eudora. It only costs $20 and is currently available for
Windows 95 and Windows 3.1.
See our web page at http://www.edge.net/dataobjects/ for
