  2. with Netscape Navigator 2.0, beta 5 or greater, and Microsoft Internet
  3. Explorer Version 3.0 or later.  To test the plug-in, start Navigator or
  4. Internet Explorer and open one of the dwg-help.html or svf-help.html 
  5. support files.
