  2.                         SIS Installation Utility

  6.       1. Run Install.exe to install DOS, WINDOWS, WFW and Netware drivers.
  7.  
  8.       2. You HAD BETTER install CD-ROM in second channel in Windows ( WFW ).
  9.  
  10.       3. To install sco-unix IDE driver, read readme.sco in SCO <DIR>.
  11.  
  12.       4. To install WINNT ..

  14.            1) From the Options menu in "Windows NT setup", choose
  15.               "Add/Remove SCSI Adapters.
  16.  
  17.            2) In the SCSI Adapter Setup dialog box, choose the "Add" button
  18.  
  19.            3) In the "Adapter:" list dialog box, choose
  20.               "Other (Requires a disk from a hardware manufacturer)"
  21.  
  22.            4) Next, you will see the "Insert Diskette" dialog box,
  23.               insert the SIS driver disk into Drive A: and type
  24.                     "A:NT31"     ( for Windows NT 3.1 ),
  25.                     "A:NT35"     ( for Windows NT 3.5 )
  26.               into dialog box.

  28.            5) Next, In "Select OEM Option" dialog box, choose
  29.               "SIS 32-Bit Local Bus IDE Adapter" and
  30.               click "OK."

  32.            6) In the "Select SCSI Adapter Option" dialogbox, click on
  33.               the "Install" button in the dialog box.
  34.  
  35.            7) Installation is successful if the "SCSI Adapter Setup" dialog
  36.               box reappear, and "SIS 32-Bit Local Bus IDE Adapter" will be
  37.               listed as an installed driver.

  39.            8) Reboot your system.

  41.       5. To install OS/2 ...

  43.            1) From the OS/2 desktop, open OS/2 system.

  45.            2) Open System Setup.
  46.  
  47.            3) Select Device Driver Install.

  49.            4) Put the driver floppy disk in A:

  51.            5) Select Install.

  53.            6) Select OK.
