  4. 1. This is the AWARD(r) BIOS ver 1.6 release.

  6. 2. This BIOS fixed the following problems of the previous version:
  7. - Fixed the problem wherein the system will show "suggested CAS Latency to 3" even when 
  8.   correct settings are made. 
  9. - Fixed the problem wherein you couldn't install WINDOWS 2000/ACPI without pressing key "F5"
  10. - Fixed some SDRAM compatibility issue.
  11. - Fixed USB mouse couldn't work properly after system resumes from 
  12.   S3 under Windows(R) 2000.
  13. - Add "IPCA Function" for installing APM OS.
  14. - Support S.M.A.R.T HDD.
  15. - Updated the VGA BIOS to v3.0
