* CPU blitting routines allow a 040/060 capable machines to scroll around much faster than normal.
The speed difference between CPU blitting and Blitter blitting is too small to notice on 020/030
machines (Toggle with the HELP key)
* Buildings and objects with no animation can now fill the screen and still allow a fps of 25
* When placing objects and another building is stopping you from building it, only the offending
sector of the grid will turn red, instead of the whole grid
* All of the cursors are now sprites
