  3.     Amiga International, Inc. has decided to release parts of current
  4.     development work as public beta versions for testing by a wider
  5.     audience at this time. Please note well that that any software
  6.     that can be found here is in beta state. This means that it may
  7.     contain severe bugs or changed functionality which may affect
  8.     your system in various, possibly adverse ways. Read the
  9.     DISCLAIMER and BE CAREFUL!

  13.     Any software, archives or information in general that you find
  14.     here is NOT freely redistributable. You may NOT modify it in
  15.     any way and you may NOT upload it whereever you feel like.
  16.     There is no warranty whatsoever. Read the DISCLAIMER and any
  17.     other documentation that can be found here before taking
  18.     any further steps.

  21. Usage
  22.  
  23.     Beta software is typically in a state where major changes
  24.     should no longer occur. Typically it is also riddled with
  25.     obscure bugs that don't turn up very often. Naturally something
  26.     changed inside, so reading the appropriate documentation
  27.     *BEFORE* trying to test something is A Good Thing(tm).
  28.  
  29.     Unless noted otherwise, any beta software will assume an OS 3.1
  30.     system, i.e. OS V40 for its operation. It may well fail in
  31.     various ways if used with less than OS 3.1.
  32.  
  33.     If you don't fully understand the usage instructions that come
  34.     with beta software or the purpose of the software itself, don't
  35.     try to use it. Beta software is not something for the
  36.     unexperienced.

  38.     It is VERY UNWISE to use beta software any longer than for
  39.     about 3 months after its initial release! Beta software tends to
  40.     get stale very soon. Public BETA software will often contain a
  41.     timeout feature that notifies you when it gets stale.

  46.     For your convenience, we included the Report tool from the
  47.     Amiga Developer CD (ADCD). Please submit bug reports always and
  48.     only in "report" tool format!
