  19. LeBlond ended in divorce in 1990, is a fund raiser and
  20. special-events coordinator for a Washington rehabilitation
  21. hospital. Friends say the First Family is quite fond of Koch
  22. despite partisan differences. One passion he and the President
  23. have in common besides Dorothy: a love of golf.
