- <p> Call it the Curse of Robin Williams: if he plays you in a
- movie, you might lose your job. First it was Dr. Oliver Sacks,
- the neurologist portrayed by Williams in Awakenings, who was
- laid off after 25 years at the Bronx Psychiatric Center. Now
- it's John Campbell, Williams' model for the unorthodox English
- teacher in Dead Poets Society, who's out of work. After 28 years
- at Detroit Country Day School, Campbell was fired for not
- adhering to the school's "academic and professional standards."
