  17. <p>     To peel or not to peel, that is the question. The answer
  18. is clearly visible this week on the outdoor stage in New York
  19. City's Central Park, where Brazilian director Caca Rosset's
  20. artfully eroticized production of A Midsummer Night's Dream,
  21. replete with topless wood nymphs and semi-nude fairies, gives
  22. new meaning to the term fleshing out a role. "Nudity is more
  23. natural for Brazilians," admits Rosset. There's another wrinkle:
  24. the classic play will be performed entirely in Portuguese. Even
  25. so, it's expected that Shakespeare buffs will turn out in droves
  26. for Shakespeare in the buff.
