- <p> To peel or not to peel, that is the question. The answer
- is clearly visible this week on the outdoor stage in New York
- City's Central Park, where Brazilian director Caca Rosset's
- artfully eroticized production of A Midsummer Night's Dream,
- replete with topless wood nymphs and semi-nude fairies, gives
- new meaning to the term fleshing out a role. "Nudity is more
- natural for Brazilians," admits Rosset. There's another wrinkle:
- the classic play will be performed entirely in Portuguese. Even
- so, it's expected that Shakespeare buffs will turn out in droves
- for Shakespeare in the buff.
