  14. <p>   Express Mail Service is available 7 days a week, 365 days a
  15. year (at no additional charge) for mailable items up to 70
  16. pounds in weight and 108 inches in combined length and girth.
  17. Call 1-800-333-9777 for convenient pick-up service -- one
  18. low fee of $4.50 no matter how many pieces.

  20. <p>   Letter rate of $9.95 (up to 8 ounces) and $13.95 (up to 2
  21. pounds) for all types of Express Mail services -- Post Office
  22. to Addressee, Post Office to Post Office, Same Day Airport
  23. Service or Custom Designed Service. Consult your Postmaster for
  24. rates exceeding 2 pounds and up to the 70 pound limit.

  26. <p>   Convenient FLAT Rate for PO to Addressee or PO to PO services.
  27. No need to stand in line at the Post Officce to have your item
  28. weighed. No matter what it weighs, it all goes for the same low
  29. 2 lb. rate. Just use the Express Mail Flat Rate envelope, pay
  30. the appropriate two pound postage rate for the level of service
  31. desired (use stamps, meter strips or your Express Mail
  32. Corporate Account); put your documents into the flat rate
  33. envelope and drop in any collection box or hand to your letter
  34. carrier.

  36. <p>   Service features include: Noon delivery between major business
  37. markets; merchandise and document reconstruction insurance;
  38. Express Mail shipping containers; shipment receipt; optional
  39. return receipt service; optional COD service; waiver of
  40. signature option; collection boxes; optional pickup service.

  42. <p>   Consult Postmaster or account representative for additional
  43. information on other Express Mail services (same day airport,
  44. custom designed, military, and international) and a copy of
  45. your local Express Mail network directory.

  47. <p>   The Postal Service will refund, upon application to the
  48. originating office, the postage for any Express Mail shipments
  49. not meeting the service standard, except for those delayed by
  50. strike or work stoppage.
