  3. This patch updates The Riddle Of Master Lu Game Version 1.08 RIDDLE.EXE
  4. file. This patch fixes the following error that occurs in the First Emperor's 
  5. Tomb:

  20. This patch will update your save game files to be compatible with the updated
  21. RIDDLE.EXE. The updated save game files will only be compatible with the
  22. updated RIDDLE.EXE file. If you attempt to use non-updated save game files with the
  23. new version of the RIDDLE.EXE file, you will experience the same error as shown
  24. above. If you attempt to use updated save game files with an old version of the
  25. RIDDLE.EXE file, a system crash will occur and you will be required to reboot 
  26. your computer.

  28. To apply the patch, simply copy the file PATCH.EXE into your Riddle of Master Lu
  29. directory on your hard drive (typically C:\GAMES\RIDDLE) and run it by typing
  30. 'PATCH'.  It will generate a progress report as it runs.  If it runs successfully
  31. you can continue to play the game and the above error will no longer occur.
