  5. To set up your sound driver and run the demo, enter:
  6.    MDKSETUP
  7. Note that the sound setup creates a small file  C:\MDKDEMO.CFG
  8.  
  9. To run the demo again after the sound driver is set up, enter:
  10.    MDKDEMO
  11.  
  12.
