Total Control Football for MSDOS Patch 1.3, dated 11-1-96
In order to configure your sound card, you must run
SETSOUND.EXE before running TCFBALL.EXE
This patch can be installed over any versions or patches
released prior to 11-1-96. This patch addresses the
following:
DOS crash during exhibition games
GM contracting signing crash
Incorrect teams advancing to playoff
Graphic glitch after winning too many Superbowls
GM computer adjustments
(graphics too big, budget inconsistancies)
Draft pool remaining the same year to year
Budget wiped out if you fired employees using the telephone
Trading players kept the stats of the old players
Patch 1.1 (not necessary if you have this patch) fixed the
following problems:
1 - The "July 22nd" crash bug
2 - Player statistics swapping with the players you trade
3 - Budget miscalculations causing you to lose money
4 - Inconsitant game simulator results
5 - Simulator results overwriting participated game results
6 - Newspaper statistics not matching actual game statistics
7 - Individual player statistics available from the newspaper
8 - Joystick/gamepad support for Windows 95 users
9 - Improved AI in exhibition gameplay
10 - Improved AI in GM contract negotiations
