  1. Total Control Football for MSDOS  Patch 1.3, dated 11-1-96
  2. In order to configure your sound card, you must run
  3. SETSOUND.EXE before running TCFBALL.EXE
  4.  
  5. This patch can be installed over any versions or patches 
  6. released prior to 11-1-96.  This patch addresses the
  7. following:     
  8.  
  9.      DOS crash during exhibition games     
  10.      GM contracting signing crash     
  11.      Incorrect teams advancing to playoff     
  12.      Graphic glitch after winning too many Superbowls     
  13.      GM computer adjustments           
  14.           (graphics too big, budget inconsistancies)     
  15.      Draft pool remaining the same year to year     
  16.      Budget wiped out if you fired employees using the telephone     
  17.      Trading players kept the stats of the old players
  18.  
  19. Patch 1.1 (not necessary if you have this patch) fixed the
  20. following problems:

  22. 1 - The "July 22nd" crash bug
  23. 2 - Player statistics swapping with the players you trade
  24. 3 - Budget miscalculations causing you to lose money
  25. 4 - Inconsitant game simulator results
  26. 5 - Simulator results overwriting participated game results
  27. 6 - Newspaper statistics not matching actual game statistics
  28. 7 - Individual player statistics available from the newspaper
  29. 8 - Joystick/gamepad support for Windows 95 users
  30. 9 - Improved AI in exhibition gameplay
  31. 10 - Improved AI in GM contract negotiations
