Software License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY

MicroProse, Inc. ("MicroProse") is the owner of the
software programs recorded on this CD-ROM (the "Software").  The
Software is protected under U.S. copyright law.  By pressing
"Yes," you are representing to MICROPROSE that you have the legal
capacity to enter into this License, and, if you represent a
corporation or other institution, you are authorized to enter
into this License.  You are being granted a non-exclusive right
to use the Software and accompanying user documentation on the
terms and conditions of this License, and MicroProse reserves all other
rights not expressly granted to you under this License.  This
License has been reproduced in the user documentation provided
to you with this Software.  This License represents the sole and
exclusive agreement between you and MicroProse.  IF YOU HAVE ANY
QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS LICENSE, OR YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE TERMS

Permitted Uses:  You may use the Software in machine-readable,
object code form only.  You only may use the Software on a single
computer at any one time.  You may physically transfer the Software
from one computer to another, provided that the Software is used
only on one computer at a time.  You may sell or give the Software
to another party, provided that the other party agrees to be bound
by the terms of this License and you do not retain any copies of
the Software, including any copies of the user documentation.  You
may make one copy of the Software solely for backup purposes only

shall continue until terminated pursuant to this License.  You may
terminate your right to use the Software as provided in this License
by destroying the CD-ROM containing the Software and user
documentation (and any copies of the Software or user documentation).
Your right to use the Software under this License will terminate if
you fail to comply with any term or condition of this License.  Upon
such termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the Software and
user documentation or return to MicroProse the Software and user
documentation (and all copies of the Software and user documentation),
at MicroProse's request.

Any dispute between you and MicroProse regarding this License shall be
construed and governed in accordance with the laws of
the State of California.
