After you have successfully imported your e-mail into Outlook Express,
you can delete your old mailbox file for Microsoft Exchange/Windows Messaging.
Caution: Before you delete your old mailbox file, make sure you are not using Microsoft
Exchange/Windows Messaging for other services, such as Microsoft Fax.
First, determine the name of the mailbox file:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Mail and Fax icon.
3. Select Personal Folders (for some versions this is Personal Information Store)
and click the Properties button.
Note the path and filename in the field labeled "Path." (e.g. C:\Exchange\mailbox.pst
4. Cancel or close the Personal Folders dialog box.
5. Now click the Remove button to delete Personal Folders from the Microsoft Exchange/Windows
Messaging profile, as it is no longer needed. (Note: You can remove The Microsoft Network from your profile as well, provided you have verified you can send/receive mail using Outlook Express.)
Next, delete the mailbox file:
1. Click Start, point to Programs, and select Windows Explorer.
2. Open the folder containing the mailbox file. (e.g. C:\Exchange)
3. In this folder select the mailbox file. (e.g. mailbox.pst)
4. Press the delete key on your keyboard.
Finally, uninstall Exchange/Windows Messaging:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and select Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Click Windows Setup.
4. Click to clear the Windows Messaging or Microsoft Exchange check box.
Steps to uninstall MSN 2.6

NOTE: UNINSTALLING WILL REMOVE ALL THE FILES NECESSARY FOR MSN TO
WORK ON YOUR COMPUTER.
To uninstall MSN 2.6 from your computer, please complete the
following steps:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and select Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. For each of the components in the following list, select the item, and
then click the Add/Remove button.
Important: Be sure to remove the components in the order that they appear on this list.
Note: Depending on whether you chose the typical or full installation,
you may not have all of the items listed below. If you are prompted to
remove files, click Yes.
Components to Remove (in order)

3. Microsoft Chat 2.5
4. MSN v2.6
5. Microsoft Outlook Express (if not listed here choose Windows Setup Tab and remove
check mark next to Microsoft Outlook Express)
6. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 (for Windows 95 installations only)
4. Click OK to close the Add/Remove Programs dialog box.
5. Delete the Outlook Express Icon from the Desktop (for Windows 98 installations only)
You have now successfully uninstalled MSN 2.6.
Steps to uninstall MSN Bonus Pack
=================================
To remove the MSN Bonus Pack from your machine delete the following folders and shortcuts:
1. Delete the MSN Bonus Pack folder from your desktop.
2. Delete the \Cdsample directory located in your Windows directory.
3. Delete the Microsoft Interactive CD Sampler link in your Windows\Start Menu\Programs directory.
