To receive gathered intelligence, left click on the appropriate topic in the yellow CATEGORIES box on the left. Once you choose a topic you can choose subtopics by left clicking on them in the blue box below the yellow box.
Left click on the right green arrow to proceed to the ROSTER Screen.
