  4. Get File Size is distributed as freeware.
  5. This means:

  7. 1. All copyrights to Get File Size are exclusively owned by
  8. UnH Solutions.

  10. 2. Get File Size may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below,
  11. provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company 
  12. may charge a fee for the distribution of Get File Size without written 
  13. permission from the copyright holder. Get File Size may not be bundled or 
  14. distributed with any other package without written permission of
  15. the copyright holder.

  17. 3. Get File Size IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  18. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. UNH SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE 
  19. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE 
  20. USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
