  10.   ClickSave is shareware - if you find it useful, then please remember to 
  11.   register.  When you register, the advanced features will be enabled 
  12.   and you will gain access to the rest ot the user menu items and icons.  
  13.   The registered version also includes Internet History 98, a useful tray
  14.   tool for managing the way you use the Internet.

  16.   When the installation is finished, you can access the ClickSave settings 
  17.   from the Display control panel.  Don't forget to look at the help for
  18.   examples and tips on how to tune ClickSave to the way you work.

  34.   WHAT IS CLICKSAVE?
  35.   ------------------

  37.   ClickSave allows you to secure your desktop from prying eyes quickly and
  38.   easily.  The screen saver (with the password enabled) is ideal for locking
  39.   your machine while you are away from your desk - ClickSave allows you to
  40.   run it instantly.

  42.   You can also get ClickSave to log you off automatically, or shut down your
  43.   machine - ideal in shared environments where security is a concern.
  44.  
  45.   ClickSave also manages the launcher icons that you can add to your system
  46.   tray.  Just drag items from your desktop or from Internet Explorer
  47.  
  48.   Finally, ClickSave also gives you fast access to your favourite 
  49.   applications.  The DeskLaunch icon resides in your system tray, and lets
  50.   you run any of the programs on your desktop from the menu.  If you like
  51.   to have an uncluttered desktop, there is a second launcher menu that you
  52.   can add applications and documents to - simply drag icons to the system 
  53.   tray to add them!

  55.   Control your screen saver:

  57.       - Double-click the tray icon
  58.       - Use a hot key
  59.       - Leave the mouse pointer over a specified corner of the screen
  60.       - Start the screen saver from the command line
  61.       - Start the screen saver when your system starts
  62.       - Disable the screen saver quickly (useful for when you are defragmenting
  63.         your hard disk, for example)

  65.   Log off quickly/automatically:

  67.       - log off, shut down, or restart your machine quickly from the tray
  68.       - log off or shut down automatically when the system is idle

  88.   HOW DOES IT WORK?
  89.   -----------------

  91.   The program runs automatically when you start Windows.  The screen saver
  92.   icon and/or the DeskLaunch icon appears on the system status tray at the 
  93.   bottom-right of your desktop.  Double-clicking on the first icon starts 
  94.   your screen saver - simple as that!  Double-clicking the second icon
  95.   clears exposes your desktop.

  97.   The icons also have associated menus (activated with the right mouse
  98.   button) which allow you to quickly log off or shut down your machine, or
  99.   to set your display settings.  You can also add launcher items to the
  100.   screen saver icon by dragging them onto the system tray, or onto the
  101.   settings dialog.

  104.   BEFORE YOU INSTALL
  105.   ------------------

  107.   This software is supplied 'as is' and the author takes no responsibility 
  108.   for any damage incurred due to it's installation.  It has, however, been
  109.   extensively tested and is unlikely to cause problems on any Windows 95
  110.   machine.

  112.   Note that in the unregistered version, certain minor features are disabled
  113.   and the numbers of user menu items in the tray menus are restricted.

  115.   IMPORTANT - IF YOU HAVE REGISTERD, THEN PLEASE READ THE LICENCE AGREEMENT

  118.   INSTALLATION/SETUP
  119.   ------------------

  121.   Extract the files into a temporary directory using an unzip utility  [If 
  122.   you are using a recent version of WinZip, then you should be able to
  123.   simply click on the 'Install' button to complete the installation.]
  124.  
  125.   Execute the Setup program.  The files will be copied onto your system
  126.   ClickSave should run automatically.
  127.  
  128.   To change the settings, click on the 'ClickSave' tab in the display
  129.   properties control panel app.  This can be accessed by right-clicking
  130.   the ClickSave icon and selecting it from the menu.
  131.  
  132.   Please ensure that all programs and windows are closed before installing.
  133.   You do not need to uninstall ClickSave before installing a new version.
  134.  
  135.   If you experience problems with the HotCorner settings after upgrading,
  136.   then please follow this procedure (you will lose your previous settings,
  137.   apart from the launcher icons).

  139.    1. Exit ClickSave and/or the display settings control panel
  140.    2. Run the registry editor (Start Menu->Run, then type regedit)
  141.    3. Go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software folder
  142.    4. Delete the ClickSave folder (take care not to change anything else)
  143.    5. Exit regedit, and restart ClickSave
  144.

  146.   REMOVING CLICKSAVE
  147.   ------------------

  149.   To remove ClickSave, go to Control Panel->"Add/Remove Programs" and
  150.   select ClickSave from the list of installed programs.
  151.  
  152.   You do not need to remove ClickSave before installing a new version.

  155.   RUNNING CLICKSAVE
  156.   -----------------

  158.   The program will normally be executed automatically on system startup.
  159.   If you want to run it by hand, then select 'Run' form the start menu and
  160.   enter CLICKSAVE.  Alternatively, use the explorer to run it from the
  161.   Windows directory.  You can drag ClickSave to your desktop or add it to
  162.   your start menu by selecting Start->Settings->Taskbar&Start Menu.

  167.                 command line, you can use the /I (immediate) option
