  2.     Disk Inspector: the License
  3.     ==================================

  5.     The Disk Inspector is shareware. This means:
  6.  
  7.   - All copyrights to Disk Inspector are exclusively owned by Alex V. Galkin.
  8.  
  9.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
  10.     days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
  11.     you wish to continue to use Disk Inspector, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  14.     use Disk Inspector on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, 
  15.     at a time.  The registered Disk Inspector software may not be rented or 
  16.     leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  17.     it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  18.     the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. 
  19.  
  20.   - The Disk Inspector unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed,
  21.     provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  22.     company may charge a fee for the distribution of Disk Inspector without 
  23.     written permission from the copyright holder.

  25.   - Disk Inspector IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
  26.     EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR
  27.     WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
  28.     ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  30.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  31.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  32.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  33.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorised use shall 
  34.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  35.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  37.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Alex V. Galkin.

  39.   - Installing and using Disk Inspector signifies acceptance of these terms
  40.     and conditions of the license.

  42.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  43.     Disk Inspector files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
