  107. nnCOPY, including both the software and the associated documentation and
  108. other materials.

  110. 'Evaluation Copy' means a copy of the Program you obtained from us or
  111. other source for evaluation purposes and which is described as
  112. "Unregistered" in the 'About nnCOPY' dialog box. An Evaluation Copy may
  113. be converted to the Licensed Copy by supplying a name of a registered
  114. user or institution, the number of users and a correct Registration ID,
  115. which may be obtained from Denso Create Inc.

  117. 'Licensed Copy' means a copy of the Program registered with Denso Create
  118. Inc., and which is described as "Registered user name: <user name>" in
  119. the 'About nnCOPY' dialog box. A Licensed Copy converts itself into an
  120. Evaluation Copy when it is copied to another disk or computer, or when
  121. the registration information is erased.

  123. 'Registration Package' means all the materials you are obtaining from us
  124. after sending us your registration fee. In particular, Registration
  125. Package contains your Registered User Name, Number of Registered Users
  126. and Registration ID, which allows you to remove the registration
  127. remindermessage and put your name in the 'About nnCOPY' dialog box.

  129. 'Registered User Name' means the name of the person or organization to
  130. whom Denso Create Inc. is granting the right to use 'Licensed Copy'.

  132. 'Number of Registered Users' means the maximum number of persons, that
  133. may install and use Licensed Copy within an organization. Each person
  134. is defined by a unique Login User Name.

  136. 'Login User Name' means the login name of the person using Licensed
  137. Copy.nnCOPY uses this name for file ownership management and copy
  138. operation.

  140. 'we' or 'us' means Denso Create Inc., the company who produced this
  141. software.
