  1. Move the screensaver (Tomorrow Never Dies.scr) to C:\Windows
  2.  
  3. Special Sreens:
  4. This theme comes with special screens to replace the Windows Starting, Please Wait, and Its Safe to Shut Down Your Computer screens.  To take advantage of these:
  5. 1) Create a new directory to save your original screens in. (In case you decide to restore them later) 
  6.     Move Logo.sys (If it exists) from C:\ to the new directory
  7.     Move Logos.sys and Logow.sys from C:\Windows to the new directory
  8. 2) Move the Logo.sys from C:\Programs\Plus\Themes (or where you extracted the JamesBond99 files to) to     C:\
  9.     Move the Logos.sys and Logow.sys from C:\Programs\Plus\Themes to C:\Windows
  10.  
  11. Sprucing up the Wallpaper:
  12. 1)  Right-Click on a blank area of your desktop
  13.      Choose Properties
  14.      Select the Background tab 
  15.      Find the Display pull down menu and choose Stretch
  16. 2)  Go to http://members.xoom.com/dejello/wallpaper
  17.      Right click on the poster and select "Save as wallpaper"
