  4. Upon registering Cache Master you will receive a license
  5. number which will recognize you as a customer and
  6. prevent the shareware screen from displaying at
  7. start-up.

  11. Any customer who would like to use their credit card 
  12. can order by calling PsL using reference #14281.  The 
  13. telephone number is 800-2424-PsL or 713-524-6394.  
  14. Faxes may be sent to 713-524-6398.  Send E-Mail to 
  15. Compuserve at 71355.470@compuserve.com.  Credit card 
  16. orders may also be sent to PsL at P.O. Box 35705, 
  17. Houston, TX  77235.

  20. shipping charges.  Credit card orders will be adjusted.
