  4. ASCII format. Generates a number of HTML files
  5. from one source file, creates content and index.
  6. Marking a phrase with a special char places the
  7. phrase into the index and all other occurrences
  8. will get a link automatically to the marked
  9. position. You can enter button ID's (only IPF)
  10. directly. Generates frames for two heading
  11. levels. Footnotes as bottom frames. Short
  12. commands for headings, footnotes, lists and
  13. bitmap in text. English and German.
