  1. License Agreement and Warranty

  6. This notice is intended to be a no-nonsense agreement between you ('the licensee')
  7. and Fezackerly Inc. ('the publisher'). The software, and associated documentation,
  8. are copyrighted. They are protected by the Laws of England and by international 
  9. treaties. If you use this software you are deemed to have accepted the terms and
  10. conditions under which this software has been supplied.

  12. No part of the manual( albeit online) may be reproduced, transmitted, transcribed, 
  13. stored in a retrieval system or translated without the prior written permission of
  14. the copyright holder. You have a limited license to use the software and make  one
  15. copy of the software for backup purposes. This is a single copy of the software 
  16. license granted by Fezackerly Inc. You must treat this software just like a book
  17. except that you may copy it onto a computer to be used and you may make an archival 
  18. backup copy of the software for the purposes of protecting your software from 
  19. accidental loss.

  21. The phrase just like a book is used to give the license holder maximum flexibility
  22. in the use of the license they have purchased from Fezackerly Inc. This means, for
  23. example, this software can be used by any number of people, on one computer, so long
  24. as there is no possibility of it being used on more than more computer. Just like a 
  25. book, which can only be used by one person on one computer at a time. If more than 
  26. one person is using the software then Fezackerly Inc's rights have been violated 
  27. and the licensee should seek to purchase further single copy licenses. (In the case 
  28. of multiple licenses or network licenses the number of users may only equal the 
  29. number of licensees).

  31. You may not make changes or modifications to the licensed software. You may not 
  32. decompile, dis-assemble, or reverse engineer the software, nor may you rent or lease
  33. the software to others. You may not rent or lease the software to others. If you 
  34. wish to pass your software license to another person you may, but you must inform 
  35. the publisher. However you must provide all original disks, documentation and remove 
  36. the software from your computer(s) to remain within the single copy license agreement. 
  37. To do otherwise would violate Fezackerly Inc's rights.

  39. Fezackerly Inc. warrants the media on which the software was supplied is free from 
  40. physical defects. If the media appears to be faulty then Fezackerly Inc. will supply 
  41. replacement disk(s) free of charge, upon receipt of the faulty disks. Fezackerly 
  42. warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the 
  43. documentation supplied with it. Fezackerly Inc. does not warrant the functions 
  44. contained in the software will meet your requirements or that the operations of the 
  45. software will be uninterrupted or error-free. This warranty does not extend to 
  46. changes made to the software by third parties nor does it extend to liability for 
  47. data loss, damages or lost profits due to the use of the software.

  49. Fezackerly Inc. does not have any responsibility for software failure due to changes 
  50. in the operating environment of the computer hardware or operating system made after 
  51. delivery of the software.
