  1. The Coffee & Tea Screen Saver is distributed as 
  2. try-before-you-buy. This means:

  4.    1. All copyrights to Coffee & Tea Screen Saver 
  5.    are exclusively owned by the 
  6.    author - TV4 STUDIOS and KD-Lab.
  7.  
  8.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test 
  9.    period of 6 days. Following this test period 
  10.    of 6 days or less, if you wish to continue to 
  11.    use Coffee & Tea Screen Saver, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a 
  14.    non-exclusive license to use Coffee & Tea Screen 
  15.    Saver on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for 
  16.    any legal purpose, at a time. The registered 
  17.    Coffee & Tea Screen Saver software may not be 
  18.    rented or leased, but may be permanently 
  19.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees 
  20.    to terms of this license. If the software is 
  21.    an update, the transfer must include the 
  22.    update and all previous versions.

  24.    4. The Coffee & Tea Screen Saver unregistered 
  25.    trial version, may be freely distributed, 
  26.    with exceptions noted below, provided the 
  27.    distribution package is not modified. No person 
  28.    or company may charge a fee for the distribution 
  29.    of Coffee & Tea Screen Saver without written 
  30.    permission from the copyright holder. 
  31.    The Coffee & Tea Screen Saver unregistered 
  32.    trial version may not be bundled or distributed 
  33.    with any other package without written 
  34.    permission of the copyright holder.

  36.    5. To register you must order the fully licensed 
  37.    version of Coffee & Tea Screen Saver over 
  38.    the Internet with any major credit card 
  39.    (see Register.txt)

  41.    6. COFFEE & TEA SCREEN SAVER IS 
  42.    DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY 
  43.    OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 
  44.    YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR 
  45.    WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, 
  46.    DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY 
  47.    OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR 
  48.    MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  50.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, 
  51.    lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, 
  52.    otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  53.    licensed program, or any subset of the licensed 
  54.    program, except as provided for in this agreement.  
  55.    Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate 
  56.    and automatic termination of this license and 
  57.    may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  60.       reserved by TV4 STUDIOS and KD-Lab.

  62.    8. Installing and using Coffee & Tea Screen Saver 
  63.    signifies acceptance of these terms and 
  64.    conditions of the license.

  66.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this 
  67.    license you must remove Coffee & Tea Screen Saver
  68.    files from your storage devices and cease 
  69.    to use the product.
