  12. not be read correctly.

  17. OziExplorer uses Windows HTML help by default and the
  18. standard OziExplorer help is automatically installed
  19. for this. In some cases this may not function as it
  20. requires Internet Explorer 4 or better be installed
  21. on your PC. If HTML help does not work on your system
  22. install these files and OziExplorer will use this help
  23. engine instead. - DO NOT - install OziHelp until you
  24. have verified that the standard HTML help is not working.
