  21. the intellectual property provided to you the
  22. user as compiled object code. This means that
  23. you are entitled to use the software as you see
  24. fit, but all of the work that went into creating
  25. this software remains the property of the author
  26. at all times. It is a violation of this license
  27. to disassemble, reverse engineer or to incorporate
  28. any portion of the code into any other product you
  29. or anyone else may generate.

  32. license rights.

  35. SecRep Upgrade and Bug Fix Policy:

  38. It is Norm Fowler's policy to provide bug fixes for all products by issuing a new version.

  40. OBSOLESCENCE. This product works fully with
  41. Windows98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and
  42. Windows XP. In the event Microsoft releases a
  43. modified version of Windows in the future,
  44. there are no warranties express or implied
  45. that this product will continue to operate
  46. with the new version.

  48. Norm Fowler does not provide technical support for
  49. any Microsoft products. If you experience difficulties
  50. with Microsoft products, please contact Microsoft for
  51. support and technical questions.

  53. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

  55. In no event shall Norm Fowler be liable for any
  56. incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
